The following terms & conditions apply to all "She Retreats" retreats, workshops, seminars and coaching sessions, conducted by She Retreats and the Reboot My Life Foundation and their affiliates or partners. She Retreats is not a seller of travel. She Retreats provides consultation services at unique destinations and in safe environments.
By participating in a She Retreats consultative experience you agree to all Terms and Conditions expressed or implied in the following statements.
It is the customer’s responsibility to check the reservation and ensure the accuracy of the order details.
All fees are due at time of order or as outlined in your payment agreement. One-time payments can be made via Patial.ly, PayPal or Venmo.
In the event of cancellation by the customer, regardless of the circumstances, the following refund terms apply:
Cancellation 6 weeks or less before consult event date, 0% refund*
Cancellation 6 to 8 weeks before consult event date, 20% refund*
Cancellation 8 to 12 weeks before consult event date, 40% refund*
Cancellation 12 weeks or more before consult event date, 50% refund*
*Transaction, payment processing fees and deposits are non-refundable. Services may be transferred to another individual at any time prior to event.
Payment plans are available for an additional fee. Payment and fee details are due as outlined when choosing to purchase with a payment plan online (Partial.ly) or via any other circumstance agreed upon by both parties. Any payment that is more than 3 days delinquent may result in the immediate cancellation of the order. Refunds will be applied based on the schedule outlined above.
She Retreats reserves the right to change bookings and shall inform the customer as soon as possible. Alternative arrangements will be offered but we do not accept responsibility for costs incurred, including airfare.
She Retreats is not held liable for travel costs including flights, car rentals, or any other transportation to/from the CTRL+ALT+DEL Retreat or any other retreat or workshop unless explicitly agreed to by both parties.
She Retreats reserves the right to offer discounts at their discretion. Any discounts do not affect the status of current customers who have paid full price and no discount will be extended or due to them.
The customer shall not use the property except for permitted use and shall not use the property for any offensive, noisy, dangerous, illegal, entertainment, commercial, immoral or improper purposes. The customer shall not do anything which may be a nuisance or annoyance to CTRL+ALT+DEL Retreat or any other retreat or workshop and The She Retreats guests, staff or owners.
The customer shall keep all She Retreats fixtures, fittings, furniture and effects in a clean and good condition and shall replace any articles which are destroyed or missing with articles of a similar kind and of equal value.
She Retreats reserves the right at its sole discretion to terminate use of the property or any of its facilities by the customer in the event of any breach of these terms and conditions. The customer will be required to vacate the property and CTRL+ALT+DEL Retreat or any other retreat or workshop and She Retreats shall not refund payment or accept any consequential liability damages or loss.
She Retreats retains all copyright license rights and sole exclusive ownership of the information, photographs, and material displayed on its website and in marketing materials. The material may not be modified, copied, or used in any other way.
Any user of the website must be 18 years of age or older and agrees to be entirely financially responsible for all charges and other fees arising from use of the website.
She Retreats accepts no responsibility for keeping the website up to date and will not be liable for any loss by its failure to do so. We are not responsible for the contents of any links displayed on our website.
She Retreats and The Reboot My Life Foundation do not accept any responsibility for missed, delayed, or canceled flights, train, buses, or other forms of transport.
She Retreats and The Reboot My Life Foundation reserves the right to alter any facility accommodation, workshop schedule, or activity.
In the event that the customer decides to downgrade their accommodation after monies have been paid, the customer will not be entitled to any refund. If the customer wishes to upgrade, the new pricing will apply.
Activity credits are transferable and can be used by anyone during the duration of the scheduled retreat. Sales are final for any additional activity credits purchased and no refunds will be given for unused activity credits.
The customer must comply fully with any and all health and safety regulations introduced by She Retreats. The customer must ensure that he/she is medically and physically fit and able to use the facilities and participate in activities. Customers who have injuries or illnesses are advised to seek doctor’s advice if participating in any of the activities or workshops. She Retreats is not liable for any injuries to the customer in his/her use of workshop sites or participation in activities. A customer must always stop and rest if he/she is feeling any pain or sickness and inform a She Retreats representative of any previous injuries.
All guests and retreat leaders will be required to bring and present a negative covid test taken within 72 hours of arrival. All guests will be required to always wear a mask in common spaces and use hand sanitizer upon entering. Each guest will get a daily temperature check in the morning and evening. Any guest presenting Covid symptoms during the retreat will immediately be isolated, sent to the property medical facility and evaluated further. Guest may be asked to depart the facility at their own expense if it is determined they are positive for Covid. Each guest will be provided with a Comfort Wrist Band in green or red indicating if they are ok with close contact (green) or if they prefer to keep a greater distance (red).
All customers attending any "She Retreats" retreat will be required to complete and sign a release from liability waiver.
She Retreats cannot accept any responsibility for loss or damage of personal possessions or valuables of the customer.
In the event of a customer having any complaint then he/she will not discuss with any third party and shall notify a She Retreats representative as soon as possible.
She Retreats shall not be liable for any failures beyond its control. This covers natural disasters, war, ‘acts of God’, closure of airports, road closures, civil strife, accidents or failure to perform by third parties, including suppliers and subcontractors.
She Retreats accepts no liability for loss, damage, injury or illnesses which may be received during the customers stay or traveling to and from CTRL+ALT+DEL Retreat and The Reboot My Life Foundation location.
We recommend that all customers have adequate travel, cancellation and medical insurance for the duration of the experience.
A photographer may be on hand to take headshots and photos throughout the event.
She Retreats reserves the rights to use any images captured in marketing and/or promotional materials.
She Retreats Services including coaching, seminars, workshops, and retreats are not meant to be a substitute for medical treatment, financial advice, clinical counseling, or treatment for suicidal ideation, depression or severe psychiatric problems. The information provided by She Retreats does not constitute legal or professional advice, neither is it intended to be.
The information contained within She Retreats web site is not a substitute for professional advice such as that from a Medical Doctor, Psychiatrist, financial advisor or counselor. Life coaching is not a counseling service. We do not provide clinical counseling or psychotherapy.
